Email Alert based on Child Record.

Question

Is it possible to filter email alerts based on the child records?&nbsp; I would like to alert the appropriate Team when a Purchase Order is received.&nbsp; The associated Team is part of the child detail records, not the Parent PO itself.&nbsp; I added a summary field which counts records if part of a Team, but adding this to the filter seems to preventing an alert from being triggered.&nbsp; Thanks

It sounds like you are taking the right approach and something is wrong with the filter.&nbsp; Can you provide a screenshot of the filter setup?&nbsp; Thanks

Hi, This did end up working.&nbsp; There was just a slight delay in this version of the alert compared to the unfiltered alert.&nbsp; Thx!
