Email Notification when New Record Created if a Field equals a value

Question

_I would like to setup an email notification that send an email when a new record is added only when a certain field equals XYZ.&nbsp; For example, a new record was created with it being assigned to the Northeast region.&nbsp; I want an email notification to be sent ONLY when the region field equals "Northeast".&nbsp; Is there a way to do this?&nbsp; Currently, Quickbase just send an email when a new record is added regardless of Region.

If you look at the set up for the notification you can see that you can set it conditions to be true after the record is modified.

I just tested the notification email by deactivating one for Northeast region and keeping the Southeast Region activated.&nbsp; It works.&nbsp; Thank you!
