Email Notification

I'm setting up an email notification and would like to have it sent to a customer based on a record being modified. Is there a way to do this? In the body of the message you can 'Choose fields & markers' to insert a field to display the info, if there was something like this for the email address...

  • I really don't know why it's not documented but if you create a notification of type Open you can then type into the Notify Who box like this  

    [email field 1]
    [email field 2]
    [email field 3]

    The fields must be email type fields and must only contain a single email address each.  Do not try to concatenate multiple email addresses into a single field.
