Email Notification

Question

So I have email notifications for one of my apps I am working on. So when I, the email owner, triggers the conditions for an email to be sent, it does what it is supposed to do. The issue is when an user triggers the conditions of an email to be sent, it does not send the email. Does anyone understand why this is happening and/or how to fix it? I had one of my users do the same exact actions I did that triggered the email for me. It did not work for them. I will double check and see if it's a user issue or if it is something else.

Typically, this is not possible. So I think you need to re-examine what the trigger fields are for your notification and what filters there are and double check that when your users are making the change that all the conditions are in fact fulfilled.

Is there any chance of field level permissions Richer said differently for those users?

Admittedly, I have made an embarrassing mistake before. "Me when I am listed in the field: ..."
If that user field is part of the trigger and you're not in the field then it won't send. Not sure if that's your thing, but it's happened to me more than I would like to admit.
