It depends on the configuration in the application. Check if you have access to the Emails setting for whatever table has the data in your application.
On the email page, you would see a list of any automated emails and who they are being sent to.
If not, it may be included somewhere else like a Pipeline, in which case, you probably have no recourse besides waiting for the Admin unless you are a realm admin, you can contact Quickbase support in the worst case scenario for help.
