For simplicity I'll just point to a file in Quickbase - if you right-click on the file attachment in QB - you can copy the link address. With that link - go to your home page or dashboard for the following:
Home Page: Add a text element and find the image icon - you can click that and copy the URL into the provided input to have the file attachment show.
Dashboard: Add a Rich Text element - find the image icon and click the down arrow to insert it as a URL instead of uploading.
