Embedding Quickbase in external sites

I'm trying to embed Quickbase reports in an external site. I've tried embedding the website an iframe, but for security reasons, external pages loaded within iframes aren't allowed to set cookies, which Quickbase needs to function properly. Is there an easier way than managing my own login system on the external site then using the API_Authenticate and API_GenReportTable to get the reports I want? I understand that it would be simple using an EOTI role, but due to the nature of the app, records are filtered by user, so the user MUST be logged in to view the reports.
