Embedding Sharepoint folders in Form or Dashboard

Is it possible to embed a sharepoint folder or number of folders in a form or dashboard? So that i can click on a file, from a dashboard?

I know you can link specific files. Wasnt sure if there is a way to embed sharepoint folders itself.
