Other than an app set for EOTI (Everyone On The Internet), you need to log in using a userid and it's against the Terms of Service to share Userids.
If you have a high number of employees,though who need access (like hundreds) who are doing restricted type access to say 1 app, then there are alternatives which are within the Terms of Service including special pricing or what is called a Web Portal made by an Authorized QSP.
