If you remove the spaces and change all the uppercase to lowercase it should solve the issue. Addresses can be weird to work with in pipelines. I've noticed that you usually need to adjust it a little, let me know if that solves it.

Tagging along with Sean, I have had issues here the field name for address needs to be one word.
So for example change [Head Office Address] to be named [Head_Office_Address]
