Exact form not updating after editing field

I am having issues with my exact form not updating after editing fields

example:

I have a quickbase form to enter quotes into. I entered "1000 pc min" for quantity quoted. After saving the form, I realized I needed to changed quantity quoted to "1500 pc min". after making the change and saving the form, I hit the "view quote" button which opens the exact form I created. The quantity quoted field still shows "1000 pc min" instead of "1500 pc min". the report is updating fine, however the exact form seems to be stuck. Is there any way to fix this without having to delete the quote with the error & enter a new quote entirely?

I have tried to close the browser and re-open, this did not work. I tried refreshing which did not work, I also tried logging out and logging back in. This didn't work either. When I click to edit the form, the form shows the correct qty at 1500 pc min. the Exact form which is supposed to be pulling info directly from the form is not showing up accurately.

Any help appreciated!!!

    This could be a simple 'Browser Caching' issue. Have you tried to clear out any history within the browser? Or tried another browser? Also, is this the first time this is happening and does it seem field specific (what happeneds if you change another field value)?

  • I have same issue. I tried clearing out browser (Chrome) history but issue remains.

    I edited a field so that it now has a default value (= to another field value) but the new default value is not displayed at the Table default report (List all). If I view or edit the record, the new default value is displayed as it should be. If I cancel out of record, Table default report continues not to display value. However, if I save the record, the new default value is displayed in the Table.

    Unfortunately, I have lots of records and don't want to manually have to go into each one and save in order to display the new default value of one field in the record.

    How can I get the updated field to display properly in the Table default report?

     I have the same issue. Every time I've updated the child table. The exact form still stays the same. I always have to restart my browser so it update the exact form.
    Is there any automated way to this?

  • Make sure the fields you are using in exact form is a text field or else it wouldn't update. Hope this helps!
