exact form problems

Question

I'm&nbsp;having problems with my exact form setup. I'm getting back empty fields.I have trouble bringing over the customers first name, last name, address, phone number, a date on top of the form, and check-in and check-out times.

Did you use ~ sign like:~first name~keeping in mind that the "first name" has to be exactly how this field is named on the tableRegards

yes i used that symbol and copy and pasted the field text to the exact form. I'm getting a blank space

Gaps above the email, and to the side of check-in/out times. also wants the date spelt out

Show us your form not merged. I have found many times that there is a leading space in the field name.&nbsp;
