The LOB Training Assignment would have the 4 questions
I would I would contract with me :) for an hour or so of consulting time to implement a Quick Select URL formula button to allow the user to select a focus Training Topic and then quickly select all the LOBs for which a join record - (LOB Training Assignment) needs to be created.
Then I would have a report of LOB Training Assignments needing some or all of their questions answered. That update might be easily done Grid Edit mode.
