Thanks. I could see how that would make for some complexities with Concur. Our issue more just for capturing receipts and adding into QuickBase. Example, our employee eats lunch on the road. He captures the receipt (image or scan), then enters the expense data on the project in QuickBase. We have expense table we have been using for years (date, merchant, category of expense, price).
We are looking to use, for example, Expensify - snap a picture of the receipt with their smart scan it pulls the data. We can always do a manual export each month to QuickBase. Looking for possible intregations that automate it a little bit to pull that data from the app to QuickBase.
Expense capture is also done in QB directly by the users as you describe. Taking pictures with a phone camera and inserting them is supported in QB. If you would like a demo, I can show you how it works. Reach out and we can set something up.
