Extract text between two dates

Question

I want to extract user requests from a free text field. Before any statement there is a date/times associated with each request and response. Specifically I have the submitted time and first response time in seperate fields.

Given the available data i was wondering if i can make a function to extract the text between those two dates/times.

I may be able to help, but I will need more info. Can you upload a screenshot and perhaps give some more detail to the exact thing you are needing?

Is the free text field a text field with log edits turned on? Is it just a single text field you are wanting to sum up to a parent record? Are you wanting to simply see this info as in pulling a report or are you wanting it fed into another formula or field calculation?

Without more info it seems like you can make a report that is filtered by whatever start and end dates/times from the records.
