Field displaying Numerical instead of Company/Person name

Typically when you look at the relationship for that look up Field the Key Field on the left-hand of he relationship to your company table will be Record ID#,  which of course is meaningless to your users.  Go into the field properties for Related Company on your details side of that relationship and set the Proxy field to be Company Name. 

Then use that Company Name field on all forms and all reports.
