The last check I'd make would be to check the dynamic form rules that might be hiding the fields.
- Thank you! I am building off a pre-loaded template and it has some funky rules. I haven't figured out how to use the rules yet, but this was definitely my problem because the fields would show up in one configuration of the form, but not in others. I disabled the rules and voila!
Hiding rules? Who knew! - That was it! I had a rule that showed those fields based on the selection in another field. If that selection was "positive" then the fields showed. Apparently if you are in view mode, it doesn't read whether or not that selection is positive and defaults to "hidden.
