FMEA / PFMEA

Does anyone know of or have experience with Quick Base being used to create a FMEA / PFMEA and/or a linked Control Plan and check sheets?

PLEX erp has a quality module that utilizes a set of specifications added to a process flow to automaticaly generate a PFMEA with a linked Control Plan and check sheets.

    I'd be willing to bet that they use a SQL database set up behind the scenes, which is the same as QB.   So if you should be able to re-create the same functionality and flow.

    Yeah, I was hoping there might be a template somewhere so I don't have to recreate the wheel.
