If you wanted to do something like that you would have to set up a pipeline to run every night which would scan for the records that need to be updated and do those updates.

Rather than using some crazy JINJA code in the Pipeline, I suggest you do it stupid simple. Just make a formula field on your record which is a checkbox field that indicates whether that field needs to be updated, then have the pipeline scan for that.

Then, as I have never built a pipeline before, how would I tell it to look for that and what would the Pipeline do?
In the end I want to be able to send an email notification to a specific email address when the checkbox becomes checked.
