Formula to separate a full name

Hello,

There is a name full name field that either has the users name in xxxxx, xxxxx format or xxxxx xxxx format. So either comma seperated or space.

I need a two fields, one with the first part of the name one with the last part. Two fields that will break up the first part of the name from the second part. So everything before the comma and space and everything after the comma and space.
