Giving High Level Access to Non Admin
Other than making someone admin, is there an option to provide access to someone to look at the table and app structure?

If I am giving option to a role to manage users, how do ensure that the user does not give themselves or someone else the admin role?
It depends on the sorted order of the roles. As in if the Admin is the top of the list, and you are number 2, you cannot move yourself (or other people) up the list, but only down the list.
