Giving High Level Access to Non Admin
Other than making someone admin, is there an option to provide access to someone to look at the table and app structure?

If I am giving option to a role to manage users, how do ensure that the user does not give themselves or someone else the admin role?
Thanks Matt. But if I have a role with manage users turned on, that user can change the role to admin regardless of where his/her role is listed. Looks like this is a weakness.
