Gmail question

Hello,

I want to create a gmail connection to quickbase table. The format remains same for all the emails. The blocker is that I recieve a table in gmail with bunch of records. Few of these records are highlighted. I only want the highlight records to be moved in quickbase. Any ideas regarding the workaround.
