If you down load an app called Magic Buttons from the Exchange by the famous Kirk Trachy (a long time Sales Engineer with Quickbase), he has an example of clicking into a series of 10 tight button to select a rating from 0 to 100 by 10's for % Project complete.

Thanks for the reply Mark! I've actually already stumbled upon the Magic Buttons application and have contemplated using his button rating method as well. I just wasn't sure if there was any other options to accommodate what I'm looking for.
