Hey Mark! I may be missing something obvious, but I can't figure out a way to filter parent records on a Grid Edit Report the way I can in a standard report, by creating a form with a filtered field and then changing the role report settings. The grid edit report I'm making needs to be able to select parent records from a filtered set.

Qrew LegendYour question seems to have transitioned from the original post but yes I do agree that when you make a grid edit report you are not able to specify a form to control the drop-down list. That is a limitation of the Grid Edit Report Type.

- Well you had asked me why I couldn't use a standard grid edit report-type, and that is why... It sounds like there is no way to embed a standard report in grid edit mode though..
