Grouping By option missing

Following along the trainings on QuickBase homepage (where you help Sarah with her Contact Management QuickBase) and the option for "Grouping by" to group by equal values is simply not there (Creating Reports video). Any insight on this issue would be helpful. In the the training there is a third drop down right after the field selection (customer name). The first screenshot is how my options look and the second is the training video. The trainings in general could use updating as the features are different now so you have to figure out the new way to do the same thing vs being able to follow along.
