Interested in this same question, but see no mention of the Powerapps connector in those release notes. Missing something obvious??
It is at the bottom in the "coming soon" section. It only mentions a Power BI connector though. I'm not familiar enough with any of the Microsoft stuff to know if that could be used with their PowerApps as well.
