hello can a report be created and embedded into the table every single time a new record is created

Every record in my table has 4 sub records.I need the subtotal of those records.I want a report to be created every single time a new record is created.

You should be using a summary field on the relationship. To roll up the total of the sub records. Do you have a relationship.

Yes I have all the summary fields.I actually created a summary report also.It was fine.But I need one for every record.

Sorry, but I still do not understand what you are trying to do. If you need a parent record to have en embedded report if the children and some summary fields of some totals for the child records, does that not solve your issue?

I actually need the format of the report to be like this.This is only one single record in quickbase.It has to be embedded within the table as a link.

Are you saying that you need to automatically create child records when a parent record is created?

No that will be manually entered.But once those records are entered I need a summary report for all the child records in the parent table. 

On the relationship between the Parent and Children on the left hand side, there will be a Report Link field type, or if not there will be a button to create one. 

Just put that field on your Parent form and set the form properties to display the child records directly on the  form.  It will then allow you to create an unfiltered report and set the form to use that report.
