Help creating a Line & Bar graph
I am trying to create charts to show weekly and monthly trends of SLA attainment Percentage (preferably by Customer Priority Level). I have a summary table set up that shows me the data (attached) and i can filter it by month. But i really need to make this a chart for an executive summary.
I'd expect a Line & Bar graph, with "Opened" dates grouped by Week across the X axis (bottom) as Bar values, then a line value for each Customer Priority Level (1,2,3,&4) showing our "Yes" % of SLA Attainment (also, would like a line for Total SLAs attainment).
Can't seem to figure this out on my own.
