help text not showing

Hello,

I have a field tip that is not showing up on my form. I haven't had this happen before and I am not sure what the issue could be. Please let me know if you see something in my settings or if I have missed something :)

    Are you saying that the field is not showing in the form or the help text is not showing up for the field on the form?

      Ok, I see now that the title of your post states the issue.

      Does the problem only happen in ADD /Edit mode.  If you so you need to add the same help tips to the [Related Requestor] field.  Ie this field is designated as the Proxy field for Related  Requestor, then it's Related Requestor that is actually showing in the form in Edit Add mode.
