Help with a form rule- When a date field change require the new date to be 2 days from the current date

Can you describe your particular scenario a little more?  You have do this with a formula field and a dynamic form rule.  

I usually like to avoid form rules if at all possible, because they can be slow to fire depending on the computer and the browser.  So I try not to depend on them.
