Help with Outlook Pipeline

I don't understand this error message.

    Can you add a screenshot of the pipeline set up where that error is coming from?

      help me out here.  The pipeline setup is really a couple of screenshots to be of any value.  I want to get you what you might need to assist.  Can you narrow down what part of the pipeline setup you are looking for?  I will attempt a few screenshots here, just to try and help.  Thank you for trying to help.

        I don't see where employee_email is being used in your send email step.
