Hide Record Name/# when printing individual record

I have a table called Leads. When I print an individual lead record with record id 7 at the top of the page it says "Lead # 7" above the form and information.

Is there a way to hide the "Lead # 7" and just print the form with the data?

    If you go to the Settings for the table and then Advanced settings you get to choose which field best represents the record.  I suggest that you choose a more appropriate field to represent the record or if you really want it blank make a blank  formula text field and use that field.
