Highlight changes like Word does for "Track Changes"

Does anyone know if a QSP who has an add on or custom code which can compare two text fields to highlight changes?  I have a client who is essentially looking for functionality similar to what Wor...

I have only done this manually with a List-Text formula that compares the values in two fields; and then if there is a difference, outputs a text value with the field name that has changed.  Obviously if there are a lot of fields; this might not be the best solution.  I have not implemented a larger-scale solution for anyone either like this.

    Thx Laura, My client is looking to highlight changes or differences between two free form "Before" and "After" paragraphs.  I know that this will take some custom script code or add on.
