Sandbox - "Invalid Change(s) Detected"

I recently started using the Sandbox feature and am beginning to get the hang of it. I recently made some large changes to a system that we have that would update our system to a new schema.
We have backed up the old data from the table and dumped it (emptied the table). We would now like to update the table with the new schema we have completed in Sandbox but it is showing a "Invalid change(s) detected" value when you mouse over the "Publish changes" button.
I have modified the table I emptied greatly (it's not really even the same table at this point). It's connected to one other table where I have also changed all the connected values in the relationship.
What are the main causes for an error like this?

- I figured out the issue I believe.
There were 1 or 2 lookup and summary fields that were still there that no longer had fields they were associated to. Removing those has fixed my problem.
