Thought about that but what happens tomorrow when Date modified becomes yesterday......would the highlight disappear?
- MarkShnier__YouYes they would disappear. I think you need to think through what you want. Like what would you expect to happen after the Next Merge update.
Are these record also edited manually? ie does the [Date Modified] reflect the most recent [Date Modified] or are there also manual updates. If there are manual updates are they only done on forms or also on grid edit.
I'm trying to think of ways to differentiate between Imports and manual updates.

------------------------------- Basically After an update with new data, I want the records that have not changed to be flagged. I may need to create a new field to show "completed" for a record as unchanged….Any insights on how to accomplish this.

You run the update and note the current date and time.
Then you enter that date / time into a field on an Admin record, and then push a URL Formula button.
The button would run a table to table import of the records into themselves which would mass update any record where the date modified was before the last merge date time with a flag to indicate that it was not changed by the last merge.

- So, there are manual updates to the records but the unique field cannot be modified.When new data is uploaded, any record that is unchanged in essence is complete and can be deleted from the table. Instead of deleting it, I want the owner to see if as complete, review and then delete manually ...
