how can i download my shift calendar into a workable excel spreadsheet? When printing, the outcome is unusable

Difficulties in obtaining a standard excel format for my shift calendar - all attempts to use the website to download/print the spreadsheet have been pointless

    Yeah, specifically my shift calendar, when downloaded and opened in excel the outcome looks like HMTL format but I am unable to get rid of all the "<B>" formatting

    I probably don't have answer for you as to how to get it into excel.  Why do you want it in excel, why not just save as a PDF?  ie print to PDF?  But out of curiosity,  how are you even "downloadng it" to excel?

    I have the same question! The PDF version doesnt show the full description of the events on the calendar.  They are cut off with "dot dot dot".   Is there any way we can PDF the calendar to show the full texts?
