How can I export data from Quickbase with file attachment(s)?

There's a great tool we have called QuickBase Desktop that allows you to sync up your data with Microsoft Access. This tool will allow you to then download your attachments to your computer.

I tried downloading the QuickBase Desktop Access database, I have the icon on my desktop, but if try to open, it says..... " Can't find language DLL msain.dll''. What do I need to do?

It looks like if you open Microsoft Access first, then try to open the Database, it can solve the problem. If you have an IT department and this solution doesn't work for you, you may want to reach out to them.

I am gradually getting there! The initial error has been resolved by my IT dept.
But, after entering my company's URL, my username & password, I got an error...." You must sign in using your company's authentication for this account".

Is it something the company has to subscribe to newly, or do I need someone with more administrative rights to quickbase to use the desktop version?

It seems that your QuickBase is using your Corporate Login. Are you signing in with your corporate credentials?

I did try to log on with my corporate's credentials. I'll check if my colleague can log on instead. Just want to be sure it doesn't have to do with a separate plan from the subscription the company is currently on.

Is there a 64bit version of this tool?

We don't have any 32bit systems and need to archive some documents.....

I realized there has been no response to your question. Looks like the app only works with a 32bit system. But you may need to reconfirm this, perhaps there's been an update.

Can someone confirm if this solution is still available and supported? QB really need to do something to help customers who need to export data periodically.
