How do I create a button to initiate an email from Outlook?

that's a good one, but it doesn't help me with the error i'm getting in the QB formula button.

even when i type:
MailTo:[email protected]?[email protected]?subject=subjectline
in the browser it generates an email that looks like this:

To... [email protected]
Cc... [email protected]?subject=subjectline


i must be missing something between the "[email protected]" and the "?subject=..." pieces.
