To join an existing application, a user of the application needs to invite you to join it.
If you are trying to build your own app, you can either contact the Account Administrator and ask to be given App Creation Permissions, or you could start your own free trial to start your own account. - ChristianLoewQrew MemberI created a new account but it says I need permission from an admin to create a new app. Why?
- EvanMartinezModeratorHi Christian,
I am sorry to hear you are running into issues with creating a new applicaiton. I can see you did create a new Quick Base user but that is actually separate from having an Account or Trial as a space to create applications. If there is an Account that your company already has as a space to create applications then you would just need to reach out to the Admin at your company who is working in Quick Base and they could invite your user into the Account and set you up with access to build applications. If you are looking to try Quick Base on your own then you would want a Trial Account to go along with your User that you created. I would suggest in that instance reaching out to the Care team and they can help walk you through getting a Trial account set up so you can try out Quick Base. You can create a support case when signed into Quick Base by clicking on the question mark icon that appears in the upper right hand corner of the screen and selecting "Manage Support Cases" or directly here.
Thank you very much for your interest in Quick Base Christian.
