How do i make a User field display as First Name Last Name

Question

I have a user field which currently displays as Last Name, First Name (e.g. Stephens, Matt). The drop down choice is also Last Name, First Name.

How can I make this First Name Last Name (e.g. Matt Stephens)?

Interestingly, I also have a User List field, which displays nicely as First Name Last Name.

You can put in a User voice to ask for this. &nbsp;i wish we could do that. &nbsp;Use Voice is off "My Apps" page.
