  • How did you deactivate the user?  Did you remove the user from the Users list?  Or put the user on the Deny list?
  • I have a user who shows deactivated in the application, but is not listed in the account "Users with access tab" hence, I can't reactivate. How do I manage this situation? Thanks.
  • Hi Kevin, You'll need our help to re-activate a user. If you can go to Help > Manage Support Cases > + New Support Case, one of our customer care specialists will get in touch with you to give you a hand.

  • If i remove a user from user list what will happen, all the record will be removed or it will be stored as it is?
