How do I stop getting emails for all threads

If you click on your name on the upper right corner, and go to:  Profile > My Account > Email Preferences - 

You'll find settings for opting out of emails.

Also - on the left hand side (above the title for this thread) - you'll find a gear icon for "Settings", where you can set email preferences for discussions - Real Time, Daily Digest, or No Email

This forum is a little buggy with that. When it first came up I accidentally got subscribed to EVERY thread that got posted even though I very explicitly said no to that. The links in their own emails to unsubscribe do not work so that was a little annoying. I had checked under Email preferences and all that was disabled and I was still getting a mass amount of emails. I even checked the settings cog Xavier mentioned and it was set to no emails. You should also try under "community notifications", that is another place that sends emails. 

I ended up just creating an Outlook rule that deleted anything and everything from this forum and that worked for me. Still no idea how I got signed up for every single post.
