I think this is what you are looking for. Go to App Settings>Branding, then enable customize app header & footer, then select the Basic Radio button as shown below.
Click the link icon beneath the element lablel to embed a URL into the brand image or text.

- Thanks Jeff. I am aware of that. I should have posed additional information of what I would like to do.
I have a logo in the left element. I would like to either be able to navigate to our landing page when clicking on the logo or add a button next to the logo to navigate to our landing page.
