How do you debug a Quickbase Action?

I have created four Quickbase Actions on a table, two to create records in an associated table and two to update those records if there are updates to the primary table. The 'Add new' Actions are working fine but i can get neither of the update Actions to work. There are no errors but as there doesn't appear to be any record of the Action sessions, how do i debug what is going on?
