How to add a report filter condition when the current user is NOT in a specific field

I'm looking for the report filter condition: [My User field] is NOT the current user Is that possible without creating a formula field?

Hi Dan,

Here you go.

[Your User field] is not equal to _curuser_. _curuser_ keyword is represent the current user.
