How to attain the functionality of lead and lag function in quickbase

Hi Team,

Could you please let me know if there is any way to attain lead and lag functionality .

Some thing like 

field1          field2         field3                           field4 
1                   a              20-jan-2018                null
2                   a              21-jan-2018             20-jan-2018
3                   a              22-jan-2018             21-jan-2018
1                   b             20-jan-2018                    null
2                   b             21-jan-2018             20-jan-2018

I need the value of the field4 as the value from field3 for the same value in the field2  in the sequential order of field 1
