Thanks a lot. I will try and get back to you in case of any issues.
Note: Got a suggestion from a friend to download the data with the record id in a csv and then edit and upload it back. There by, we will not change the child table.

Qrew LegendIn the child table, is this field just a lookup field or is it the reference field in the relationship? I assumed that that it was the reference field in the relationship.
if it's a lookup field it will update automatically.
