How to enable printing of a report (or disable it)

Question

I am driving myself crazy on this. &nbsp;I have a user that needs to print a report but the print option is not showing. &nbsp;I remember this being a security setting somewhere but cannot find it. &nbsp;How do I enable printing for him on the report and/or table?

The setting is under Users, then &nbsp;Roles, then user interface

If you're trying to just control this for one or two users who share roles with a lot of other users, then you could create a new role that is allowed to print and sequence that Rile &nbsp;higher in the role list and the regular Roles
