How to get webhook to fire for all records not just one to change?

I have a webhook calling a php script to add permissions to a sharepoint folder, the problem arises when more than one record is changed, it only seems to activate for one of them.  Is there a way for...

    Nah, that fires towards quickbase, wanting to do that to an external site.

    Yeah, I don't think it is possible.  The button trick seems to be working fine tho, and buttons are prettier than checkboxes :P It also updates it without needing to save the form which is a bonus.
